Every house is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect the amount of your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, etc.

Residential Cleaning
Regular, deep, or maintenance clean. Supplies included.
Regular Cleaning (Hourly)
$80-90/hour per two cleaners (local standard)
Ideal for recurring clients or tidy homes.
Move-In / Move-Out
$85-95/hour per two cleaners (3-5hours typical)
Thorough top-to-bottom clean with detailed attention. 4-hr min recommended.
Deep Cleaning
$90/hour per two cleaners.
Ideal for seasonal or detailed cleaning.
Flat-Rate Options (estimate):
Estimated per home size.
Commercial Cleaning
Custom quote available
Price based on property size and requirements.

Things that you should know before hiring us:
- The cleaning is tailored to meet your individual requirements
- A team of two cleaners will normally attend
- They will arrive within the time frame selected for each clean
- You do not need to be at home or office as keys are security coded
- All staff are thoroughly checked before allowing them into domestic and commercial cleaning
- All staff are fully trained to provide cleaning of the highest quality
- Our usual domestic cleaning hours are between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We can occasionally arrange for cleaning to be carried out in weekends
- We provide all the equipment and materials. Our teams arrive fully equipped with natural cleaning supplies, microfiber cloths and Hepa filter vacuum

Method of Payment:
Cash (for Move Out/In Cleanings, Spring Cleaning or One Time Cleaning) or Cheque and E-Transfer (for Regular Cleanings).
